Decision Log

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014 An Garda Síochána is required to publish a decision log, which contains details of the types of requests received under FOI since October 2015 and the decisions made by the body in response to those requests.

Our Decision Log includes access to the entire decision for non personal requests. The decisions are listed by and function and year of decision. Please note that, for privacy reasons, identifying information such as the name of the requester is not included in the log.
