EVOFIT - Assault Causing Harm in Clondalkin on the 21/12/16

The Gardaí at Clondalkin Garda Station are investigating an assault causing harm incident that occurred in Clondalkin on Wednesday 21st December 2016.

The victim was at home when he answered a knock on his front door. There was a man at the door who punched the victim in the face causing him to fall to the ground. This man then produced a Stanley knife and cut the victim on his face. The suspect fled the scene in a red Honda CR-V Registration number 98D79972 that was later recovered burnt out on Birchwood Drive, Tallaght, Dublin 24.

The suspect was described as six-foot-tall, mid-thirties with some facial stubble wearing a grey jumper with the hood up.
