Murder of Sebastain Adamowicz on the 1/11/17

Murder of Sebastain AdamowiczGardaí at Letterkenny Garda Station are investigating the murder of thirty-six-year-old Polish national Sebastian Adamowicz following an assault that occurred on Wednesday 1st November 2017.

Gardaí responded to a call to attend a house in Sylvan Park where it was reported a man had received injuries following a fall down the stairs. Sebastian Adamowicz had a significant head injury and was taken by ambulance to Letterkenny University Hospital where his condition was described as critical. Sebastian died from his injuries in the early hours of the following morning. An extensive murder investigation was launched at Letterkenny Garda Station.

Appeal:

• Gardai are appealing to anyone in the vicinity of Sylvan Park Estate who has information to come forward

• Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have seen an altercation near the house in Sylvan Park estate to come forward.

• Gardaí are appealing to any taxi drivers in the area that may have information to come forward.

• Gardaí are particularly appealing to the Polish Community in the area that may have information to come forward.

• A Crimestoppers reward is available for information leading to a successful conviction in this case
