Gardaí are investigating a fatal collision involving a car and a truck on the N17 Galway to Sligo Road at Lisduff on the 11th September 2017 at approximately 12:30pm.
The occupants of the car, 2 women (70s and 40s) and a boy (7), have been pronounced dead at the scene. The truck driver was uninjured. Traffic diversions are in place and forensic collision investigators are at scene. Southbound traffic is diverted to Ballyhaunis and motorists are asked to avoid the Claremorris Ballinrobe Junction.
