Anne Colomines Murder Investigation Update

Gardaí investigating the murder of Anne Colomines on the 24th October 2017 have arrested a 35-year-old man. He was arrested earlier today (10/11/2017) in Dublin City. He is currently detained at Mountjoy Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 as amended.   The investigation is ongoing and further updates will follow.   The previous press release included below refers.   Garda Press Office
  Gardaí in Mountjoy are investigating the murder of a woman(37 years) in an apartment at Dorset Square, Dublin 1 on the 24th October 2017.
Gardaí in Mountjoy received a call at approximately 11.30pm of an incident at Dorset Square Apartments. When they arrived they discovered a female(37 years) and male(35 years) with serious injuries. Both persons were treated at scene by DFB. The male was taken to the Mater hospital and his injuries are described as serious. The female was pronounced dead at the scene and her body remains at the scene.   The scene has been preserved for a Forensic examination by the Technical Bureau.   The Office of the State Pathologist has also been notified.
