Body of a man discovered in Ranelagh, Dublin on the 11/12/17

At approximately 4.40am a 22-year-old man was found unresponsive with a head injury outside the Luas stop on Ranelagh Road. He was taken by Ambulance to St James Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.  The scene is preserved for technical examination and the Coroner has been notified.


A review of local CCTV and results of a post-mortem examination will determine the course of a Garda investigation into the case.
