Four persons arrested for Money Laundering offences, in excess of 100,000 sterling seized

On Friday 28th October 2016, as part of ongoing investigations targeting serious criminal activity in the Dublin Region conducted by the Drugs & Organised Crime Bureau and Serious Crime Task Force, a planned search was carried out at an address in the Clondalkin area.

 
During this search operation cash in sterling in excess of £100,000 was located and seized. Four persons, two males and two females, aged between 34 and 46  were arrested for Money Laundering offences and are currently detained at Clondalkin and Ballyfermot Street Garda Station under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 as amended.
