Single Vehicle Fatal road traffic collision at Ballygar, Galway on the 24/7/16

Gardaí are investigating a single vehicle fatal road traffic collision at Ballaghlea, Ballygar, Co. Galway at about 9.45 pm on Sunday 24th July 2016.

A woman in her 30s and her 14 year old son were fatally injured when the car they were traveling in struck a tree. They were the only occupants of the car. Both were pronounced dead at the scene and taken to University Hospital Galway for a post mortem examination.
