Gardaí are investigating a 2 vehicle collision which occurred at Tullyrap, Raphoe, Co Donegal (Main Letterkenny to Lifford Road) just before 1pm on the 4th August 2016.
A car with 2 occupants collided with a lorry and both the driver and passenger were brought to Letterkenny Hospital. The driver, a male in his early 30s was pronounced dead in the early hours of this morning (5th August 2016).
The female in her late teens remains in Letterkenny Hospital. The driver of the lorry was uninjured in this incident and the road has since re-opened.
