Man arrested in connection with theft of livestock at Kilbeggan County Westmeath 24th/25th June 2015

Gardaí have arrested a man, 34 years, in connection with an investigation into the theft of livestock, with an estimated value in excess of €100,000, which occurred at Kilbeggan,

County Westmeath between 24th/25th   June 2015. The man was arrested this afternoon, Thursday 22nd October 2015 and is currently detained at Athlone Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
