As part of Operation Thor, Gardaí at Store Street have arrested two men, aged 28 and 30 in connection with burglary related offences.
On Saturday afternoon, 21st November 2015, shortly after 12.15pm Gardaí stopped and searched a car and its two male occupants in Dublin North City Centre. During the search Gardaí located a number of articles which may be used in the course of or in connection with theft or burglary.
The two men were arrested and are currently detained at Store Street Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
Following further, planned, searches of premises in Dublin 6 and 8 Gardaí recovered a number of sophisticated articles which again may be used to assist in the course of or in connection with theft and burglary.
