Gardai in Tralee are investigating a two vehicle fatal road traffic collision that occurred near Abbeydorney Village (R556) this morning at approximately 10am.
A male in his 30’s was fatally injured when the motorcycle he was riding was involved in a collision with a lorry. The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the lorry was uninjured.
The road is closed to facilitate an examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators and local diversions are in place.
