A 56 years man is due before Limerick District Court this morning 24th April 2015 at 10.30am, charged in relation to the death of a man in a house on Barrack Hill in the city on 22nd April 2015.
Gardaí responding to a call about an incident at a house discovered the body of a man in his early 40's.
Gardaí arrested the man at the scene and he was detained at Roxboro Road Garda station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.

Gardaí investigating the discovery of a body at a house at Barrack Hill, Limerick, shortly after 5.30am on the 22nd April 2015, have arrested a man.
Gardaí responding to a call about an incident at a house discovered the body of a man in his late 30's or early 40's. The body remains at the scene, which has been sealed off and the office of the State Pathologist has been notified. The Garda Technical Bureau is expected at the scene later today.
