Fatal road traffic collision on the N81 Brittas, Dublin on the 29/5/14

Gardai in Tallaght are investigating a single vehicle fatal road traffic collision on the N81 at Brittas, Dublin 24 on the 29th May 2014.

The collision occurred at approximately 2.40am when a car collided with a tree on the N81 at Brittas. There were five occupants in the car at the time of the collision. One male (21yrs) was seriously injured and pronounced dead at the scene. The four males (19,20,21 & 22yrs) in the car were taken to Tallaght and St Vincent's hospitals for treatment and their conditions are described as non life threatening.
 

The N81 at Brittas Village is currently closed for a Forensic Collision examination and diversions are in place.
