As part of an ongoing operation into the illegal sale and supply of controlled drugs in the Cavan area.
Gardaí from Cootehill carried out a planned search of a wooded area at Drumgill, County Cavan, on 29th July 2014 and seized cannabis plants to the value of €96,000 (pending analysis) and paraphernalia for the cultivation of cannabis.
No arrests have been made and investigations are on going.
These operations use advanced analytical and intelligence methods to disrupt criminals and dismantle their networks.
