Update – Christopher Warren murder investigation

Gardaí at Mountjoy have arrested 3 males as part of an ongoing investigation into the murder of Christopher Warren on 28th December 2012.

The men were arrested in Dublin this morning (27/2/2013) during a search and arrest operation. Two men, aged in their 20s, are detained under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act, 2007. A third man, aged in his 60s, is detained under Section 30 of the Offences against the State Act, 1939. They are currently held at Garda Stations in the north inner city.

 
36-year-old Christoper Warren was fatally injured during a shooting incident at Royal Canal Bank, Phibsboro, on the evening of the 28th December 2012. 
 

This brings to 5 the number of persons arrested in this investigation.
