Court Appearance - €2.8 million fraud on the 5/12/13

A man is due before the Dublin District Court charged in relation to a €2.8 million fraud case.

Gardai arrested the man, who is in his early 40s, this morning and charged him in relation to 7 charges of theft under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice (Theft & Fraud) Offences Act, 2001.

He will appear before Criminal Court of Justice 1 this morning, Thursday 5th December, 2013 at 10.30a.m.
