Man charged in connection with offences under the Child Trafficking & Pornography Act, 1998

Gardaí at Ennistymon, County Clare, arrested a male, 33 years, on 28th August 2013, in relation to offences contrary to the Child Trafficking & Pornography Act, 1998.

This male was detained under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 and subsequently charged on the 29th August 2013 and will appear before special sitting of Kilrush District Court on 30th August 2013 at 10am.
