Fatal Road Traffic Collision Co.Kerry 29th Sept

Gardaí are investigating a single vehicle road traffic collision which occurred on the N72 at Rathmore Co. Kerry between 10.30 and 10.50 pm on the 29th of September 2012.

A 22 year old man was fatally injured when the car he was driving crashed. The man was alone in the car.  He was pronounced dead at the scene and his body has been taken to Tralee General Hospital where a post mortem examination will take place later today.

The road at the scene remains closed pending an examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators.  Diversions are in place.
