Aggravated burglary in Sutton, Dublin 13 on the 21/11/12

Gardaí at Clontarf are seeking information from the public in relation to a aggravated burglary which occurred at a house on Green Field Road, Sutton, Dublin 13 at approximately 8.20am yesterday morning (Wednesday, 21stNovember 2012).

A female (50’s) occupant of the house had just returned home when two men, one armed with a knife threatened her.  They tied up the woman and took an undisclosed amount of cash.  The raiders then left the house in a grey BMW 5 series with a 03-D registration (false registration).  The raiders abandoned this car on Lauders Lane, Burrow Road, Sutton a short time later.  It is believed that the raiders may have changed cars at this location. 
 

The raiders are described as follows: 
 

Male, 20’s, average height and build, navy tracksuit, baseball cap, scarf covering his face.  Spoke with a Dublin accent and carried the knife
