Update - Post office robbery in Bunting Road, Crumlin, Dublin on the 13/7/12

Gardai in Crumlin investigating an attempted armed robbery at a Post Office on Bunting Road on the 13th July 2012 have arrested a man.

The man, who is aged in his 20's, was arrested earlier today (17/7/2012) and is currently detained at Terenure Garda Station. 
 

Background:
 

At approximately 915am on the 13th of July two men armed with shot gun and a hammer entered the Post Office on  Bunting Road, Dublin 12. The men threatened staff and fired one shot before leaving the Post Office empty handed.
