Alleged Financial Irregularities - third arrest on the 24/7/12 - Court Appearance

The man arrested in Dublin this morning is due to appear at Court No 1 CCJ, Parkgate St, Dublin 8 from 10.30 this morning, 24th July 2012.

Garda Press Office.

Gardaí have this morning (24/7/12) arrested a male in his 60’s. The man was arrested in the Dublin area by Gardaí attached to the Office of the Director Corporate Enforcement.

This investigation is part of an ongoing investigation by Gardaí from the Garda Bureau of Fraud Investigation and the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement into alleged financial irregularities at a Financial Institution.

He is expected to appear before the Courts of Criminal Justice (No 1 to be confirmed) later this morning (24/7/12)
