Gardaí in Naas are investigating a shooting incident which occurred before 6am on the 29th Dec 2012 at a house in Kilmeage, Naas Co Kildare. A 33 year old man was taken to Naas General Hospital with serious gunshot injuries. This man was subsequently pronounced dead shortly after 6am on the 29th Dec 2012.
A house has been sealed off in Kilmeage, Naas Co Kildare, the office of the State Pathologist has been notified. Investigations are ongoing and no arrests at this stage.
