Man arrested - Christopher Warren Murder - 31/12/12

Gardaí in Mountjoy investigating a fatal shooting in Dublin on the evening of the 28th December 2012 have arrested a second male in his late 20’s in connection with this incident.

He was arrested this morning 31st December 2012 in the Dublin 8 area and is being detained under the provisions of section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act 2007 at Mountjoy Garda station. A male arrested on the 29/12/12 was released without charge this morning 31/12/12. A file will now be prepared for the DPP.
