Arrest and Court appearance - Murder of Sandra Collins in Mayo on the 4/5 December 2000 –

Gardai investigating the murder of Sandra Collins in the Killala area of Co. Mayo on 4/5th of December 2000 have arrested a male in his 40’s this evening in the Ballina area.

He is currently detained at Ballina Garda Station and is scheduled to appear before a special sitting of Ballina District Court at 11am tomorrow morning (28/12/12) charged in connection with the murder.
