Gardaí in Templemore are investigating a shooting incident which occurred shortly before 2am this morning (14/11/11).
Two men (20 yrs & 22 yrs) were shot in an area known as Townpark in Templemore. Their injuries are not believed to be life threatening. Both men were taken to South General Hospital in Clonmel where they are currently receiving treatment for their injuries.
The scene of the shooting is sealed off pending a Garda technical examination.
No arrests have been made at this stage and investigations are continuing.
