Gardai in Blackrock are investigating a serious road traffic collision that occurred this morning, the 22nd November 2011 at 10a.m. on the N11, southbound at Stillorgan Park.
A male pedestrian 85 years, was crossing the road when he was in collision with a car.
He has been removed to St. Vincents Hospital and is receiving treatment.
The N11 southbound at Stillorgan Park has been reduced to two lanes and delays are expected in the area as a forensic collision examination is taking place.
