Robbery at a premises in Ballyhea, Charleville, Cork on the 6/11/11

Garda in Charleville investigating a robbery at a premises in Ballyhea Charleville on the 6th November 2011 have arrested 2 men (48 and 25yrs).

The incident occurred at approx 8.45pm on the 6th November 2011 when 2 men males entered the premises and threatened staff they left the premises with a sum of money.  They left the area in a car.  A car was stopped in Buttervant by Gardai a short time later and two men were arrested and a sum of cash recovered. 


 
The two arrested men are being detained in Mallow Garda station under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 as amended. Investigations are ongoing.
