Missing Person - Declan Waters, Wexford

Gardaí in Wexford are anxious to trace the whereabouts of 40 year old Declan Waters from Liam Mellows Park, Wexford.

Declan was last seen last Tuesday (15/11/11) He is described as being 5’8”, medium build and has a shaven head.  When last seen Declan was wearing black and brown stripped top with brown jeans and runners.
