Sexual Assault & Aggravated Burglary incident Cabinteely, Co. Dublin, - 17.6.2011

A man aged in his 30s is expected to appear before a sitting of Dun Laoghaire District Court this morning (27.6.2011) charged in relation to the above incident.

Gardaí in Cabinteely Co Dublin investigating an aggravated burglary and sexual assault on Friday 17th June 2011 in the Marlfield area have arrested a man in connection with this incident.  

The man was arrested in Dublin shortly before 2pm this afternoon (24/6/11) and is currently detained at Dun Laoghaire Garda Station under Section 4 Criminal Justice Act 1984.
