Drug seizure and arrest in Dublin on the 4/7/11

Gardai at Store Street have arrested a man in his 20's and seized a quantity of drugs following the search of a van on the 4th July 2011.

At approximately 6pm Gardai stopped and searched a van on the North Circular Road.  During the course of a search cocaine with an estimated street value of €250,000 subject to analysis was recovered.

A man aged in his 20's was arrested and is currently detained under Section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act at Store Street Garda Station.
