Fatal road traffic collision at Monaltybane, Monaghan on the 27/12/10 - Arrest

Gardaí at Carrickmacross investigating a fatal road traffic collision that occurred at Monaltybane on 27th December 2010 arrested a 28 year old man earlier today, the 25/1/11.

He has been charged in relation to the incident and is to be brought before a special sitting of Carrickmacross District Court at 8.30pm this evening, Tuesday, the 25 January 2011.
