Gardai at Fitzgibbon St, Dublin are investigating the circumstances of a fatal fire at an apartment at Temple Place, Grenville St. D1 on the 29th Jan 2011.
The fire was discovered at approximately at 1.45 a.m. this morning 29th January, 2011. The fire was attended to by DFB and Gardai. The body of a female (29yrs) was recovered from the fire. She was the only occupant in the apartment. The fire was contained and no other apartments were damaged. She was removed to the city Morgue where a Post Mortem will take place (no time or date yet).
The scene of the fire has been sealed off for a technical examination.
