Gardai in Rathmines investigating a shooting in Milltown at approx 6.15pm on the 7th April 2011, have arrested a 19yr old male in connection with the incident. He was arrested earlier this morning in Dublin.
He is being detained under the provisions of Section 30 Offences Against the State Act 1939 as amended in Terenure Garda Station. <_o3a_p>
Investigations are ongoing and Gardai are renewing their appeal for witnesses who may have seen the incident or saw unusual activity around Dodder Linear Park prior to the incident or shortly afterwards are asked to contact the Gardai in Rathmines on 01 6666700, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda Station.<_o3a_p>

Gardai in Rathmines are investigating the circumstances of a shooting in Milltown at approx 6.15pm on the 7th April 2011.
The incident occurred at the <_st13a_place><_st13a_placename>Dodder<_st13a_placename>Linear<_st13a_placetype>Park, between Dartry road and Orwell road. A male in his 20’s was injured in the incident, he was taken to St. Vincents Hospital where his injuries are described as non life threatening.<_o3a_p>
