Fire in Terenure - traffic update

Traffic update, Terenure, 1.4.2011, 2120 hours.

Gardai have  re-opened Terenure Road East and traffic volumes in the area have returned to normal.

The Fire Services managed to bring under control and extinguish a fire that engulfed a number of dwellings at Terenure Road East earlier this afternoon. 

The scene has been preserved by Gardai pending a full technical examination which will determine the course of an investigation into the matter.

There were no reported injuries to any of the occupants.
