Gardai at Nenagh are investigating a single vehicle fatal road traffic collision which occurred at Traverston, Dolla, Co. Tipperary.
A 25 year old male was fatally injured, shortly after 4pm, when the van he was traveling in collided with a ditch. The driver, a 36 year old male, was also injured.
The man was taken to Limerick Regional Hospital where a Post Mortem examination will take place tomorrow. The driver was taken to Nenagh General Hospital, his injuries are no thought to be life threatening.
The road remains closed for technical examination and diversions are in place.
