Gardai at Enniscorthy, Co Wexford are investigating a fatal road traffic collision between a bus and a pedestrian the collision occurred on the Enniscorthy to Gorey road approx.1 mile north of Enniscorthy.
The collision occurred at approx. 2.05am on the 4th Oct 2010. The pedestrian a 22yr old male was pronounced dead at the scene. There were 20 passengers on the bus at the time of the collision. No one on the bus received injuries.<_o3a_p>
The road remains closed for a Forensic Collision examination and diversions are in place, the road northbound is closed between Blackstopp and Scarwelsch roundabout and motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible and use an alternative route.<_o3a_p>
