Road traffic collision on the N11 between Enniskerry and Fassaroe on Friday, the 4/6/10 - Witness appeal

Gardai at Bray are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision on the N11 between Enniskerry and Fassaroe on Friday, the 4th June 2010.

At approximately 13.15 hours a motor van was travelling northbound on the overtaking lane when it was in collision with a lorry.  The van ended up on its side and the driver, a male aged in his 50's, was cut out by emergency services and taken to Loughlinstown Hospital where he was treated for minor injuries.

Gardai are appealing to the driver of the lorry, which is described, open backed, and grey in colour to contact them.  They also wish to speak to the driver of a red motor car (no better description) which was travelling in the vicinity at the time.
