Body discovered at Greystones, Wicklow on the 4/6/10 - Press briefing

A Press Briefing will take place this afternoon, the 5th June 2010 at 12.30p.m. at Bray Garda Station.

This is in connection with the discovery of the body on the west bound lane of Farrenkelly Road, Charlesland, Greystones just before midnight on 4th June 2010.

Gardai in Greystones are investigating all the circumstances surrounding the discovery of a body on the west bound land of Farrenkelly Road, Charlesland, Greystones just before midnight on 4th June, 2010.

The body is that of a young unidentified male in his early 20's. He was pronounced dead at scene.

The scene is preserved and the State Pathologist and the technical bureau have both been requested to attend the scene.

The road is presently closed and diversions are in place.

There is no more information at this time.
