Gardai at Cabra Garda Station investigating the shooting of Anthony McDonagh and Ciaran McDonagh are seeking the public's assistance. The incident occurred at 9.10am on the morning of Thursday, the 15th July 2010 on the River Road, between Finglas and Ashtown (two weeks ago tomorrow morning),
Gardai are making a fresh appeal to the public, specifically for any persons who may have been on the River Road, Ratoath Road, or Dunsink Lane on the morning of Thursday, the 15th of July 2010. In particular they would like to speak to anyone who was walking along the River Road or the occupants of cars travelling or parked along the River Road on the day.
We are also appealing to anyone who saw a car on fire at Ballyboggan Road (near the junction of the Finglas Dual Carriageway) to contact them. Two men in their 20's were seen running from this car as it went on fire.
