Gardai in Clondalkin are investigating the theft of medical supplies from a car which took place in a car park on the Naas Road between midday and 1.00pm today, 23rd February 2010.
Among the items taken was a quantity of a product called 'Virugel', a cleaning agent.
There were 10 labelled bottles and also 20 clear unmarked 10-gram bags of this white powder substance stolen. The ten bottles had been contained in a box.
Gardai are warning that this product is not intended for ingestion and could be extremely harmful if ingested.
The Garda priority in this investigation is the safety and well-being of anyone who may have come into contact with the substance.
