Female body discovered Dublin

Gardai are investigating the discovery of the body of a young female this afternoon, the 28th of August 2010.

The body was found near the Royal canal at Porterstown, Dublin 15.

The body remains at the scene and a technical examination of the area is being carried out by the Garda Technical Bureau.  The State Pathologist Dr. Marie Cassidy is also at the scene.
