The 36 year old woman being detained in Tallaght Garda station following a fatal stabbing on Friday the 4th of September (previous press release below refers) is due to appear in Dublin District Court 46 at 10.30am tomorrow - Monday 7th September 2009 to be charged in relation to the incident.

Gardai are investigating a fatal stabbing incident at Pairc Glenn Trasna, Aylesbury in Tallaght at about 7.20 p.m. on Friday the 4th of September. A man in his 40's was fatally injured in an incident at a house. He was pronounced dead at the scene, which remains scealed off for forensic technical examination. The body of the man remains at the scene.
A woman in her 30's has been arrested in relation to the incident, and she is detained at Tallaght Garda Station, under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.
