A man is due to appear in Bray District Court.
The 19 year old man being detained in relation to the shooting incident that occurred at Threewells, Aughrim, Co. Wicklow yesterday (previous release 923/09 below refers) is due to appear in Bray District Court at 10.30am tomorrow - 1st October 2009 to be charged in connection with the incident.

Gardaí at Arklow are investigating a shooting incident that occurred at Tree Wells, Aughrim, shortly before 4.30pm today, the 29/9/09.
A man in his 50’s was shot once in the upper body by another man using a shotgun.
The injured man has been taken to St. Vincents Hospital.
A man in his 20's was arrested at the scene and is presently detained at Arklow Garda Station under the provisions of section 30 of The Offences Against The State Act.
