Gardai investigating a serious assault at an apartment in Prospect Hill, Finglas, Dublin 11 on the 2nd Sept 2009, have arrested a male in his 30's. He was arrested in Finglas this morning, the 8th of September 2009.
He is currently being detained at Finglas Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.
