Fatal road traffic collision Boherboy, Kerry on the 11/9/09

The 18 year old male driver and sole occupant of a car collided with a wall. He was seriously injured and brought to Kerry Regional Hospital.

 

Gardaí at Cahirciveen, Co. Kerry are investigating a serious single vehicle road traffic collision that occurred at approx. 21.40hrs on Friday, the 11th Sept 2009.

 

The 18 year old male driver and sole occupant of a car collided with a wall. He was seriously injured and brought to Kerry Regional Hospital.

 

The collision occurred at Boherboy which is 1km outside Cahirciveen on the road (N71) to Glenbeigh Village.

 

The scene was preserved for a Forensic collision investigation, the road closed and re-opened the following morning

 

He was pronounced at dead this evening, the 13th Sept 2009 at 20.10hrs
