The man who was arrested in relation to this incident has been charged.
The 30 year old man who was arrested in relation to this incident has been charged and will appear before a special sitting of Tullamore District Court this afternoon, the 26/10/09 at 3pm.

Gardai in Tullamore are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a female at an apartment off Tara Street, Tullamore on the 22nd October 2009 at approx. 19.00 hrs.
The body of the female was pronounced dead at the scene and remains at the scene. A male was arrested in connection with the incident he also received injuries and was taken to the Midlands Hospital in Tullamore. His injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
The services of the State Pathologist have been requested and the scene is preserved pending a Technical examination.
