Gardai in Tullow are investigating a fatal road traffic collision which occurred on the N80, Kilbride, Ballon, Co. Carlow this morning at approx 8am the 30th November 2009.
The incident involved a car and a 4x4 and occurred near the White Mills Pub.
The female driver (late 20's) sole occupant, of the car was pronounced dead at the scene. The male driver, sole occupant, of the 4x4 was uninjured.
The road was closed for a Forensic Collision examination and re-opened at approx 12.30hrs on the 30th November 2009.
