Three car collision which occurred at Pike Bridge on the main Maynooth to Leixlip Road.
Gardai at Leixlip, Co. Kildare are investigating a three car collision which occurred at Pike Bridge on the main Maynooth to Leixlip Road, R148 this morning, the 30th May, 2009 at approximetley 7am.
A male driver in his 20’s was fatally injured in the collision. (Only occupant)
Two males (drivers of other vehicles and only occupants) were also injured in the incident and were removed to James Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown were their conditions are not life threatening.
The road is currently closed pending a Garda Forensic Collision Investigation.
Diversions are in place.
