Gardai from the Organised Crime Unit and Emergency Response Unit north city stations have arrested two men.
As part of an ongoing investigation into the activities of organised criminals Gardai from the Organised Crime Unit and Emergency Response Unit supported by detectives from north city stations have this morning, the 28/6/09 arrested two men aged in their 20’s.
The men were arrested at 11.25am on 29/6/09 at Annamoe Drive, Dublin following the discovery of a hand gun (subject to technical examination) in a car at the North Circular Road.
They are currently being detained under the provisions of Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act, 1939, at Store Street and the Bridewell Garda Stations.
